NBE (Normalize Black Excellence) is a community and podcast that was founded in 2020 during the pandemic to support Black-owned businesses. The main message is that we all have the potential for greatness and that excellence is within us. The focus is on the process of achieving greatness, not just the end result. The goal is to empower and inspire people to pursue their dreams with confidence.
